Build and train the models that read target shapes and write new proteins.
What you will do
- Build and train models that design protein structures and sequences for target sites.
- Run design campaigns with the protein design team.
- Use weekly lab results to improve the models.
What we look for
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in machine learning, computational biology or a related field.
- Experience with deep learning for protein structure or design.
- Published work or code that others use.
