Patients

For patients and families.

Keyline's programs are investigational. They are not approved, and today the only way to receive one is in a clinical trial.

Our clinical trials

Each study has its own rules for who can join. Your doctor can help you decide if a trial is right for you.

Expanded access policy

Expanded access (sometimes called compassionate use) lets a patient with a serious disease get an investigational therapy outside a clinical trial. US law asks companies to publish how they handle these requests.

01

Our position today

Keyline does not offer expanded access to KL-101 at this time. The Phase 1 study is still finding a safe dose, and we do not yet know enough to give it outside a study. We will review this policy as the program moves forward and post any change here.

02

How a doctor can ask

A licensed physician can send a request to clinicaltrials@keyline.xiobocreative.com. Please include the disease, past treatments and why a clinical trial is not an option.

03

When we reply

We confirm each request within 5 business days. We review every request in the same way, with our medical team.
