Dr. Maya Chen
Chief executive officer
Maya co-founded Keyline in 2023. Before, she led protein engineering at a large biotech company for ten years and brought two antibody programs into the clinic. PhD in biochemistry.
Dr. Leo Okafor
Head of protein design
Leo builds the models that design our proteins. Before Keyline, he worked on deep learning for protein structure. PhD in computational biology.
Sara Patel
Chief technology officer
Sara leads engineering and data. She has built data systems for automated labs for twelve years.
Dr. James Park
Chief medical officer
James leads our clinical work. He is a medical oncologist and has led more than twenty early-phase oncology trials, first in academic medicine and then in industry.
Dr. Rosa Alvarez
Head of biology
Rosa leads target biology and the lab tests that show if a design works in cells. She spent twelve years in cancer and immunology drug discovery.
Tom Nguyen
Head of lab automation
Tom designed our robot lines. Before, he built lab automation for a diagnostics company.
