What you will do
- Design binders for hard targets with our models, and choose what the lab makes each week.
- Review lab results with the biology team and plan the next round.
- Mentor designers who are new to the field.
What we look for
- PhD in protein design, structural biology or biophysics, plus 3+ years of design work.
- Experience with modern design tools (backbone generation, sequence design, structure prediction).
- A record of designs that worked in the lab.

- The pay range above, plus equity and an annual bonus.
